Water, water, water! It’s essential to drink water every day; not only to keep you hydrated , but it has so many health benefits.

Aids in weight loss, can help with headaches and digestive problems , clears up your skin, helps to release toxins in your body , helps you to exercise better and that’s just to name a few!

Some people don’t like to drink *plain water* so they often go for flavored water which can be laced with sugars, sodium and artificial flavors and colors.
